CARES Health Network was founded by three therapists working within skilled nursing facilities. All three therapists had the same vision of helping the aging population return home or remain home for as long as possible improving their overall quality of life decreasing the amount of high functioning individulas in the nursing homes. Provided some collaboration, all three visions became one dream, CARES!

Often times, high functioning elderly individuals find themselves living in nursing homes due to poor resources at home. Some, not all, elderly individuals can remain in their home that they have worked hard to create for so many years. These individuals often lack consistent help at home to maintain their independence. Unfortunately, many are used to being independent and attempt these tasks on their own which results in an unsafe situation, falls, and/or hospitalizations. It is CARES Health Network's mission to advocate, empower, and provide comprehensive rehabilitation and home services to support healthy aging and development through resources, opportunities, and community services. In collaboration with businesses in our community we strive to provide resources and services to the aging population on a consistent basis increasing the amount of care in the home and decreasing unsafe situations.
